Returns & Exchanges

You have the right to return and replace your goods within 30 days of receiving your goods.

For all returns and changes, return label should be ordered from us at Honn by emailing contact@honnfinejewelry.com


· Returns and exchanges within the Nordic countries - 15 USD

· International Returns and Changes - 60 USD


Follow these steps: Send an e-mail to customer service at info@honn.eu with the subject line: "Return/exchange/cancellation followed by your order number. Also write down the reason for the return/change/cancellation.

After we handle your case, you will get a prepaid return label from us. Attach the label to the package and hand it in at the nearest post office, or at our store.

When we receive the returned the goods, we will refund your payment minus any return fee (if applicable) to your account as soon as possible and no later than 30 days. Refunds are transferred to the same debit card with which the purchase was made.

Note* To be eligible for return or exchange your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. The products must also include all price tags in the original packaging. You will be responsible for any deterioration in the value of the product that depends on other handling than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product. Since the product's packaging is essential for any resale of the product, any damage to or failure to return the packaging will be considered a deterioration of its value. You are responsible for ensuring that the product is responsibly packaged when returned.

Note* You can of course try your product to see if it suits you. However, remember to be careful and keep in mind that jewelry is easy to scratch, and that we do not receive jewelry that is in any way damaged or scratched.

NOTE*If the item is engraved, we charge a recovery fee of $ 55 or 500 SEK, and it is deducted when repayment of the purchase price.


Non -repayable and non -interchangeable items include the following:

1. Jewelry on sale

2. custom-made jewelry

3. Jewelry with headstone over 1 carat
