- Do you have a physical store?

Yes, we do. Our store is located at Birger Jarlsgatan 23, Stockholm.

 

- Can I visit your store without booking an appointment?

Yes, you can always drop in and visit us!

 

- What if I cannot find a specific item/price/piece of information in the online store?

If you cannot find a specific item/price/piece of information on honnfinejewelry.com, you can contact customer service at contact@honnfinejewelry.com and we will assist you.

 

- Is it possible to try your rings?

Yes, we have a return policy of 30 days, which allows you to try and feel your ring.

 

- How long does a custom design order take?

Normally, your custom piece will be ready in 4 weeks after we've finalized your design.

 

- Where do you ship to?

 We currently ship to 50+ countries worldwide. To see if your country qualifies, please email us at contact@honnfinejewelry.com.

 

- What are the shipping costs?

We currently offer free shipping within the Nordics and 35 USD for international orders.

 

- Can I pick up my order from your boutique?

Yes, you can choose in-store pick up from our store at Birger Jarlsgatan 23, Stockholm. Please contact us to book a time before you come.

 

- What happens if I don't pick up my package?

If the package is not picked up, you will be charged 55 USD for freight and handling costs. This fee will be invoiced afterward.

 

- When will my order be shipped?

If the item is in stock, it will be shipped within 1-2 business days. If the item is not in stock or if it is a custom jewelry item, it will be shipped within 4 weeks.

 

- Is my package insured?

Yes, we insure all shipments against loss and damage while they are in transit from HONN to the recipient address. As soon as the shipment has been signed for at the agreed address, the insurance will lapse. If your package is damaged upon arrival, we recommend that you make a note that you are receiving a damaged package when signing for the shipment.

 

- Can you deliver to a post office box address/number?

No, for security reasons, we cannot deliver to Post Office Box addresses/numbers.

 

- Can I exchange, cancel, or return my order?

Yes, you have the right to exchange, cancel, or return your purchase within 30 days after you receive your product. Please note that custom design jewelry, SALES items, and diamond jewelry with 1 carat and above are not refundable.

 

- How will you refund my purchase amount?

Refunds are transferred to the payment card with which the purchase was made. Note that it may take a few days before the money is available in your account. For questions concerning your account, please contact your bank or card issuer.

 

- How do I file a complaint about a product?

For claims regarding defects or deliveries that have not arrived, please contact us at contact@honnfinejewelry.com

 

- Do you have a certificate with your diamonds?

Yes, all the diamonds we sell at Honn Fine Jewelry over 0.3 carat will have a GIA certificate included. If your stone is any less than 0.3 carat, you have the opportunity to purchase the certificate separately.

 

- Can I request a specific gemstone or diamond cut for a customised ring?

Absolutely! We offer all diamond cuts in the process of personalisation.

 

- Do you offer matching sets for engagement rings and wedding bands?

We offer a variety of engagement and wedding rings, and our consultants are always happy to assist you in finding a perfect match. If you don’t like any of the pre-made designs, we will help you tweak or create a design to fit your needs and preferences.

 

 - Can I request a virtual consultation with a jewelry expert for design inspiration?

Yes, Honn offers both physical and virtual consultations, you can book one /here/ or come by our store.

 

 - Are your jewelry pieces suitable for daily wear?

Most of our jewelry is. Hard gemstones like diamonds, saphires and rubies are sutiable for everyday wear, as well as 18k Gold. The exception is our more delicate Olympia collection.

 

- Can I customize an existing design to fit my preferences?

Certainly, all our designs can be customised – you can either alter a pre-made design, or create one from scratch. The choice is yours!

 

-How do I cancel, exchange, or return a product?

If you wish to return or exchange your order, please follow these steps:

Send an email to Customer Service at info@honn.eu with the subject line:

"Return/exchange of order number xxxxxxx (please provide your order number as indicated on your order confirmation)"

Include the reason for the exchange or return and attach product photos.

Once we have processed your request, you will receive a prepaid return label from us, and you can drop off the package at the nearest drop-off point.

We will deduct 15 USD for the included return label for Nordic countries, or 60 USD for other countries.

 

Do you have a certificate with your diamonds?

 

Yes, all the diamonds we sell at Honn Fine Jewelry over 0.3 carat will have a GIA or an IGI certificate included. If your stone is any les than 0.3 carat, you have the opportunity to purchase the certificate separately.

 

- Can I request a specific length for my necklace or bracelet chain?

Yes, all of our jewelry can be customized to fit your needs and preferences.

 

Can I purchase a ring without a diamond?

Yes, you can purchase a ring without a diamond. If you would like for us to install the diamond, you need to provide the stone’s GIA or IGI certificate.

 

Why does the quotation offer have a time-limit?

The reason for having a time limit on our quotation offer is because the global market price of diamonds and gold fluctuates constantly. We want to provide our customers with the best possible price, so we "reserve" the requested products for a period of three days in order to maintain a stable price.
