Do you have a physical store?
Yes, we have. Our store is located on Birger Jarlsgatan 23, Stockholm.
Can I come/visit your store without booking an appointment?
You are always welcome and drop in!
I cannot find a specific item/price/piece of information in the online store. What should I do?
If you cannot find a specific item/price/piece of information on honn.se, you can contact customer service at email@example.com and we will help you with that.
Is it possible to try your rings?
We have a return policy of 30 days, so that you can try and feel your ring with satisfaction.
How long does a custom design order take?
Normally, your custom piece will be in your hands 3-4 weeks after we've finalized your design.
How do I know what size I have?
You can order a sizer to measure your size for free. Read more here link
Where do you ship to?
Currently, we ship to 50+ countries worldwide. There are a handful of countries we don’t ship to, either due to restrictions from our shipping providers or customs regulations at the shipping destination. To see if your country qualifies, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
What are the shipping charges?
We offer free shipping for Nordic Countries or 35usd to 45usd for all other coutries.
Customers can choose in showroom pick up, which is located on Birger Jarlsgatan 23, Stockholm, Sweden. You have to contact us to book a time before you come.
If I didn’t pick up my package, do I have to pay for that?
If the package is not picked up, the Customer will be charged 500 SEK for freight and handling costs. This fee will be invoiced afterward.
Which payment options can I use on honn.com?
We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Paypal.
When do you ship my order?
If the item is in stock, it will be shipped within 1-2 business days. If the item is not in stock or if it is a custom jewelry item, it will be shipped within 3-4 weeks.
Is my package insured?
We insure all shipments against loss and damage while they are in transit from HONN to the recipient address. As soon as the shipment has been signed for at the agreed address, the insurance will lapse. If your package is damaged upon arrival, we recommend that you make a note that you are receiving a damaged package when signing for the shipment.
Can you deliver to a post office box address/number?
For security reasons, no orders with a Post Office Box address/number will be processed.
Can I exchange, cancel or return my order?
You have the right to exchange, cancel or return your purchase within 30 days, after that you received your product. Custom Design jewelry, SALES Items and Diamond Jewelry with 1 carat and above is not refundable.
How to exchange, cancel or return the order?
For all exchanges, cancellations and returns, a return label has to be ordered from HONN on email@example.com.
If you wish to return or exchange your order, please do as following:
Send an e-mail to Customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject line:
"Return/Exchange of order number xxxxxxx (insert your order number which can be found on your Order Confirmation)
Please write down the reason for the exchange or return, and attach product photos.
After we handle your case, you will receive a prepaid return label from us, and you can drop off the package at the nearest drop off point.
We will deduct 0 SEK for the provided return label for Nordic countries, or 35usd to 45usd for other countries.
Can I exchange or return my item in a store?
Yes, returns and exchanges in the HONN Stockholm store are available at Birger Jarlsgatan 23, please send us an email to book your visit time: email@example.com. Please bring a copy of your order confirmation.
How do you refund my purchase amount?
Refunds are transferred to the payment card with which the purchase was made.
Note that it may be a few days before the money is available in your account. For questions concerning your account, please contact your bank or card issuer.
How do I complain about a product?
For claims regarding defects or deliveries that have not arrived, please contact: firstname.lastname@example.org
Do you have a certificate with your diamonds?
All the diamonds we at Honn Fine Jewelry sell over 0.3 carat, will have a GIA certificate included.
